Where do you see the text on the link you shared above?
February 15, 2020 at 8:35 am in reply to: Upgrading from free to paid listing but cannot add images #530450Hello,
I did some additional testing.
I think the main issue is at root caused by a conflict with the theme.
The tabs are each showing with the link #tab-content, each one the same, so, they all load the first tab.
I was able to get the therapy listings to show and the user can edit their listing and add images now.
The developers will take another look at the profile issue, which is still prohibiting the user from seeing their invoice.
Please include FTP so we can do some additional debugging.

February 15, 2020 at 8:02 am in reply to: changing the way addresses show in single listing detail page #530447It should not be necessary to use a snippet.
Try using the GD Post Address widget in the sidebar.
Open the advanced options (blue button) and create a template that matches what you are looking for.
Hover over the tooltip (?) to see what tags you can use in the template.
Please see:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/custom/#advancedIf that doesn’t fix the issue please let us know more about the situation.
Use the GD Post Content shortcode to adjust that.
Edit your GD Archive Item
Use the shortcode builder to add a new GD Post Content shortcode
Set the key to post_content

https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/featured-listings/To show featured first, make sure :
1. Featured field added to cpt
2. Visit sorting options for the CPT
3. Set featured as a sorting option. Choose ‘Descending’
4. Visit the CPT Archive to see the sort option
5. Set as default sort option, if desired.I am unable to login with those credentials.
When I attempted a claim I saw two JS errors on the page.
The first was from fusion builder video. You could try disabling that.
The second was from ReCaptcha, that it is not setup correctly. Try removing it from the claim form in the GD settings, or disable it while testing. Re-enable when you have time to review the settings and refresh your key.
February 15, 2020 at 7:20 am in reply to: Street address shows City when street address is optional and not provided #530441A recommendation:
Use the Street2 field for the street address, then adjust your GD Post Address custom template to use street2 and not street.

February 15, 2020 at 7:16 am in reply to: WordPress removing ALL formatted HTML from content ?! #530440This reply has been marked as private. You can create your own with a badge or use a 3rd party plugin.
ex.
[gd_post_badge key="post_title" condition="is_not_empty" icon_class="fab fa-facebook" link="http://www.facebook.com/sharer.php?u=%%post_url%%" bg_color="#0073aa" txt_color="#ffffff"]
To do this yourself you can add this to a GD tab shortcode, or use a GD Post Badge widget in the sidebar of the details page, or just add it to the GD Details page template. It will also work in the GD Archive Item template.
February 14, 2020 at 6:09 pm in reply to: The language of the country name in [gd_locations what="country"] #530384Ah, I was mistaken, it does also require changing the slug for the country. The developers are looking into it and will post if they find a workaround.
You can try clearing your cache. However, the markup is correct and it is showing the right image, as Kor says.
First search range should be 0
Please share WP Admin credentials and a link to the location page so we can check on the issue.
