1. That is a WP feature with lots of advice about removing it -> https://www.google.com/search?&q=wordpress+hide+website+from+comments&oq=wordpress+hide+website+from+comments
2. That should be the case, please share WP Admin credentials so we can check it out.
3. Yes, but I will flag your question for the developers for a second opinion.
4. I will have to ask the developers about translation of a custom rating.
5. That is caused by the rating image. If the image is not perfectly transparent it will effect the color. You can upload another image or use fontawesome icons instead.
Hi Jeff,
try adjusting your builder layout. Looks like it is only showing up on that custom page, but that other pages don’t have the same gap.
If you have custom CSS applied you can also try removing that.
The social importer field shows on the add-listing page, using the frontend editor. If it is not there, please share WP Admin credentials and login URL in a private reply so we can check the settings.
It looks like you might have two of the shortcodes on the page, so, try removing the second one.
If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply.
Hello,
That could be a conflict with some other CSS. Settings the badge size should change the badge size. Really! 🙂
Please share a link to the page so we can take a look
Thanks

You can change that page by editing the appropriate template.
Inside the editor, use the shortcode builder (or block or widget) and adjust the advanced options.
That is the GD Categories element, so you would choose that one.
There are options for both, to limit the number of parent categories and to exclude subcategories.

Hello,
Glad you found a solution that works for you.
“Place” can be changed in the Custom Post Types addon settings.
July 31, 2019 at 5:31 am in reply to: Changing user profile name from permanent username to their nickname #500521This isn’t an option at this time, but I am asking the developers if there is a workaround for it.
The issue is that there is quite a bit of logic to do what you are asking, though it is a relatively common thing.
The developers will let us know if it is possible.
July 31, 2019 at 5:30 am in reply to: Editing the Detail Details Section of Individual Listings #500520Use code snippets and the customizer as opposed to editing the theme files.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/customizing/#custom-code
Find a theme that has the sidebar/header/footer layout you want, then focus on creating the GD templates to meet your niche/needs.
Have you already disabled cache?
If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin in a private reply.
Please make a new issue so we can help you with that.
Thanks
Alex
Welcome! 🙂
That is gd_loop_actions and shows the sorting options, plus what you see there:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/sorting/
We do not have a subcat drop down menu at this time.
July 31, 2019 at 5:23 am in reply to: Uploading CSV problems – package_id, multiple categories, post_images #500515Things I would check:
is package 24 accurate/active?
Are the categories excluded?
Fields excluded? Fields active? The CSV files appear to be formatted correctly.
For the post_images issue, you should add 3-5 images to a listing and export to see how it works (often it just helps to see it with your own data).
You can also see the format here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/import-export/#images
I am not sure I totally get what you are doing, but, if you are moving listings to a new CPT, you will need to upload all the images via FTP to the folder that is named at the end of the import.
Please share WP Admin credentials if we need to check the settings.
Hello,
try the customizer to change the logo.
To add select fields you can visit the advanced search tab:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/search/To remove a CPT, delete all categories and listings in that CPT and it will no longer show in the CPT drop down.
To hide a certain part of the search bar see the CSS examples here:
