Hello,
you can certainly sell an item with WP Invoicing using a buy now button and then send your custom instructions for how to add a listing.
The problem is that their purchase will not be connected to the listing.
Thanks for reporting the issue, the developers will take a look.
I added a test listing and it works as expected, as far as I can tell. When I edited it again all the info I added was still in the form.
Can you say more about how you are discovering the issue? When adding a new listing?
It could be that your current listings are not in a package.
Make sure they are in a package, say, package A.
Then check package A settings to make sure that it allows users to claim package B.
Set a test listing to package A, then try claiming to make sure package B is available.
You are using GD Post Claim as a widget?
