On the field matching page do you see “GeoDirectory Addon”? Expand that section to see all the GD fields.
This works with both the free and pro versions of WP All Import.
If you don’t see that, write back in a private reply with WP Admin credentials and we will take a look at the settings.

In some cases this can be a cache related issue. Have you tried disabling server side cache and cache plugins?
