It has been retired from GDV2, with the recommendation that there are lots of Social Like type plugins that can do it.
About GD > Features I will ask the developers to let us know about that.
GD > Subscribe , maybe that was a form you had?
Please share the URL of a page with that issue and we will look into it.
Also share WP Admin so we can load a fix to your site, if necessary.
