There are some mixed content errors on the page, like an insecure image.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/mixed-content/
There is also a 403 error on the static map image.
Please include wp admin in a private reply and the developers can take a look, but, do try to fix the mixed content issue first.
It seems to be working now. Are you still seeing the issue?
Link?Try adding the full location to the URL for the GD settings nearer the bottom. They should work fine with the post name setting.

In your permalinks the current setting is one that may give you trouble over time. I am not sure where that is coming from but it could be something the host requires.
Try adding location to the URL to see if the issue persists.
Consider adding more complexity to your listing URLs. There is a chance you are getting duplicates and the site is having trouble correcting them. Try adding the location.
That link works on my test site. Make sure to enable Trip Advisor.

June 10, 2019 at 5:58 pm in reply to: Address and coordinates not being saved after data imported #492083You can try commenting out any lines relating to revisions in your wp-config.php
We can take a look and debug if that doesn’t work. Just share WP Admin and FTP so we can look into it.
