For example, your free and premium package here has the Claim package field empty
That means that when a user tries to claim a listing, there is no package that they can purchase when they are making the claim.
Hi!
Thanks for the Awesome review, really appreciate it.
About this issue, we need more information. Can you make a new topic and tell us where to find the issue, and provide a link to the template page, too?
Thanks

In there you say that the issue is adjusting listing status after claim.
There is not currently a way to do that.
So, is there a different issue?
If so, could you please describe the steps needed to recreate the issue?
Please specify which CPT link you are using, which package, and how you are paying for the listing. It helps if you have a discount code running or a test gateway setup, or even better if testing can be done on a staging site.
In point of fact your originally reported issue was about a PM notification for claim of free listings and this was resolved, so, best all around is to make a new topic.
Hello,
this is the GeoDirectory support forum.
Please post your UsersWP issue to the UsersWP support forum:
You can try installing a fresh copy of the latest release.
Please share the search results URL. There are a couple different types of search and it helps us understand the issue if you can share a search results URL.
Thanks

A. Edit the archive item template
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/archive-item/OR
B. Use the “Show in what locations” option inside custom fields to show the field in the “Listings” location, and of course make sure GD Output Location -> Listings is already within the archive item template.
May 18, 2019 at 3:16 pm in reply to: Listing title, address, rating/review and description above the content/sidebar. #4872811. The custom fields are displayed as a bullet list. I don’t like the bullets and some of the lists become too long as you can see on the sample page from The Bell. Is it possible to display the items on 1 line, separated by a comma? Example: Parking for Cars, Parking for Motorbikes
You can do that with Custom CSS, customizing the display or output functions of GD. Kor previously provided you with examples. To create your own custom CSS we have a doc to get you started here, or you can contact a developer to style your site.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/2. I added the GD > Map, but the settings don’t seem to work. I set the zoom to 13, but each place listing shows a different zoom level. Some are extremely zoomed in, others are extremely zoomed out.
Use the GD Map with Advanced options. Choose ‘Post Map’ type and then disable the option to use the post settings. That way your widget settings will override the listing settings for map type and zoom.
3. The review text fiels seems a bit off compared to the other layout elements, so how do I get the title ‘Review Text’ on top of the text field and how do I make the text field full width?
Again, Custom CSS.
Excellent!
Thanks for your inquiry, I have flagged your topic for the developers.
Ah yes, that will do it, a hidden error message!
It loosk like you are well on the way with the setup.
Any of the GeoDirectory experts should be able to help you achieve that layout and look.
