Understood Vivek, and what you want right now would be a customization but we are discussing options for future versions.
Now on /wp-admin/ I get : ERROR : The e-mail address is invalid. Forgot your password ?
Excellent!
Please make a new topic for your new questions.
Hello,
About snippets, see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/customizing/#snippets
Glad you found a solution!
Please make a new ticket for that one and provide instructions for how we can see the issue. Before you do that, yes, please update all GD Plugins to the latest versions. Thanks
Use the GD Post Directions element to link to offsite directions. This is especially useful for mobile:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/maps/#gd_post_directionsYou can also use the options for in-map directions within the GD Map element.
May 19, 2019 at 1:49 pm in reply to: Paid Claims not following post paid status set in package #487411I’m sorry Vivek, there must have been some confusion in the other thread.
Kiran already responded to your request. We will consider a ‘claim status change’ option for future versions. Right now it is working as expected and adjusting publish status on claim requires a customization.
Currently GD does not offer ‘listing revision moderation’ and this feature request falls into that category. We are considering features for listing moderation for future versions and will take your request into account.
Thanks
You have built an extraordinarily complex layout that pushes the limits for Divi.
There are several issues in the layout, but these are not issues for GD rendering as far as I can see.
The content that is showing as overwriting near the grey area is from GD Single taxonomy. I have removed that, you can add it back but we recommend you add it above the single tabs.
The lower section of related listings is not responding to the height required for the tabs. We will take another look to see if it can be fixed with CSS.
Please share FTP in case the developers need it for further debugging.
Hi Tina,
there are 2 possibilities for the claim form
1. GD Post Claim – this is the built in functionality and does not require Ninja Forms
2. GD Ninja Forms – as described in the links above, you would go to Ninja forms, create a new “GeoDirectory Claim Form”, then edit that form INSIDE Ninja Forms in the WP Backend to add fields or form actions.
Hope that helps
When you make a support request you can make it possible for us to help you as quickly as possible by always following up on your topic with an immediate private reply that includes all the access info we may need to login and debug an issue on your site.
You don’t have to do this, but it can save a couple of email exchanges.
Try posting them in the following format so they are easy to read and find in the topic:
WordPress Administrator Account Credentials
WP Admin Login URL:
Username:
Password:SFTP / FTP Credentials
Host URL:
Port:
Username:
Password:Also, when you are working on the site it helps greatly to disable security and cache plugins. You should disable cache anyways if you are making changes to the site and want to see the results on the public side.
More information about getting support:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/support/It is always possible to change the Expire date manually using the calendar, but of course this will not change settings/subscriptions for recurring listings on gateway platforms. Can you say more about what you miss from the previous implementation?
About ‘featured’, we have a doc here, and we do plan to add an admin override through the backend “Mark Featured” that allows admins to mark listings featured. This is under consideration for a future version.
About #4, this is not possible at this time but we are looking at possible options for future versions.
Please make a new, separate topic for that and follow up with the page where we can see the issue and we will help you with it.
I was able to post. Please try clearing your browser cache.
Thanks,
This looks like a plugin conflict.
Please try disabling non-GD plugins (except NF) and see which one is injecting backbone and underscore JS. There are several errors in the console. I suspect the WP Editor but it might be another plugin, too.

Thanks for reporting.
We have a task to work on this.
Until we implement that you can use this CSS to hide the icons:#package_id_row span.gd-radios i { display: none!important; }This reply has been marked as private. -
