In theory, yes, but you will need to work with your host or your hosting cpanel to find out what options are available.
No, but you should add a test listing to see how locations are formatted.
Locations should not be imported, generally. They are created automatically when listings are added through the frontend or imported, either one.
Make sure your default location is set, and that your maps API key is working (check by adding a listing).
To add locations outside the default location, yes you will need the Location Manager, and enable Multilocations.Ah, now I see. You will need SSL for that. Your site must be at https:// to secure the data and protect it when it is transmitted from the user to Google.
Excellent 🙂
As far as I know the solution for videos is to add multiple textareas, and add a single video url in each field.
It looks like the map bubble is using the gd_post_images with the logo option, and that the option isn’t disabled when Logo show in extra output locations for map bubble is deselected.
To work around this, if you aren’t planning on using the logo in other gd_post_images you can create another logo/image/file field.
I will flag this for the developers and they can let us know if there is a workaround.
Yes, using the Advanced Search Addon, each custom field can then be shown in the Advanced Search drawer.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/search/You can look at how the GD Location Description element works:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/design-elements/#gd_location_descriptionWhen anew field is added it is excluded by default (because no packages are selected by default). That could be what you are seeing.
You can edit what packages in the field or in the package itself.
February 17, 2019 at 8:33 pm in reply to: Add custom fields content in a new tab in details page #469521Most folks use the More Info tab, simply because it already exists, and then you can use the options in “Show in what locations”
If you are really interested in this you should upgrade to GDV2 because you can add as many tabs as you like through the Tabs UI, then drag and drop fields into them.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/tabs/
With GDV2 you can do whatever you want by editing the WP Page that serves as the GD Detail template using just shortcodes. It saves a lot of effort.
If you want to do this in GDV1, there are a number of ways to customize it, depending on your skills as a developer.
Example: https://wpgeodirectory.com/custom-fields-custom-places/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/re-order-tabs-in-a-listing-detail-page/I checked by adding a listing, and using the frontend maps, and they seem to work ok.
Sometimes it takes awhile for the key from Google to become fully active.
Is this fixed, then? Or maybe you can tell us more about the problem so we can help.Let’s continue the conversation here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/translation-21/#post-469517
Both themes have strings for translation, yes
