On the subject, though, I would recommend choosing a popular theme that meets your budget, that works with the builder you prefer, and that has the basic options you need built in.

Are you using GDV1 or 2?
In GDV2 text styles are inherited from your theme for the most part. If you are starting a new site you should be using GDV2;

We have something similar called “Location Description” for V2 that works on the location pages, but, no element like that for the search pages.

That sounds like a category. You can edit the categories first by removing them from listings. If you are using dummy content, try removing the dummy content and add new listings and categories.
When you are ready, you can delete unused categories here:
Places – Categories – Choose category -> Delete
Try not to remove all categories from listings. Listings without categories will break your site.
