Your theme is adding very wide padding to your main content area. I’ll get Paolo to have a closer look after the weekend. You can diagnose the CSS yourself if you want, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
I guess you are talking about GD listings, and not WP posts.
The only options are draft or published, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#other1. That list will ever only have CPTs, not categories. If you want to add categories to the search as well, you can achieve that with the Advanced Search addon, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/search-filters-overview/#filter
2. See #1
To add “my current location” you need the Advanced Search as well. Click on the compass in the Near field at http://wpgeo.directory/I’ll get Stiofan to look at your post after the weekend.
Have a look at GD > design > detail tab and check the settings there.
Or have a look at the custom fields and where you selected the fields to show.
1. I disabled the Google Maps API plugin, you only need to add the key at GD > design > map
2. The Google maps key is not set up correctly, I am suspecting you did not add *.yoursite.com/* as explained at step 4 at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/add-google-api-key/
3. I set to Openstreetmaps for now.
4. I strongly suggest you use the GDF child theme:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/wordpress-child-themes-in-2016/5. Check the console by right-clicking on your site, select “inspect” and then select “console” to review other errors.
You had set the categories custom field to inactive, every listing needs a category. I now added a category to the Aurora listing.
See https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/dos-and-donts/each listing has to be in at least one category, or your listings will not show on the frontend of your site
This is your main location page, showing what GD calls locations, ie cities etc:
http://rmcc.bwwtest.com/location/
http://rmcc.bwwtest.com/location/united-states/colorado/aurora/See also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/definitions/#location
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/Please review.
You’re welcome 🙂
Please check your menu now, at WP Appearance > Menus
I just added one of the links, so you can take it from here.We would need your WP admin details to have a check of your settings. You can post them in a private reply if you like.
Images cannot be referenced to another site, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#images
And you are correct, post_content is the profile description.
You need to set your Google Maps API correctly, or use OpenstreetMaps.
GD > Design > Map tab > Select Maps APISee
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#mapapi
and
https://wpgeodirectory.com/this-page-didnt-load-google-maps-correctly-see-the-javascript-console-for-technical-details-fix/You must add the Google API key, please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/this-page-didnt-load-google-maps-correctly-see-the-javascript-console-for-technical-details-fix/
Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we’ll have a quick look.
Alternatively, you can translate “Listing” to “Around Me” in the core language file:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/We will need your admin details to check that out. Can you post them in a private reply, please.
