Can you send us the URL of your site and WP admin details.
A default installation of GD does not use wp-login.php to login, but /gd-login
The only way to create the links with username is to use the GD Login widget (unless you use buddypress)

I see, the system does not accept any licenses. I’ll back off and pass it to the smart guys!

8. You can untick any burger category at GD > design > map > Select category to untick by default on map, and then the restaurant markers will show only on the location maps until the visitor ticks the burger categories.
