To only require state and city:
GD > Multilocations > location settings tab > Country > enable default country
This will be for all CPTs.You can hide the street address by CSS (again for all CPTs), but not recommended.
Better to just enter the name of the listing in the street address AFTER you set the marker on the map.Don’t forget you can just add the normal WP Search widget to search the whole site, but the results will not be returned in the GD search page, and of course, there are no search options then.
This seems to be a new bug, I can replicate that error.
I’ll escalate for checking.The password does not work … please check.

The Add Listing page is called … [drumroll] … Add Listing !
If it is not on the drop down list, go to GD > GD Tools and run the page check.
Also make sure you allow listings to be added at GD > design > navigation.That might be how you were able to by-pass the requirement, by uploading the categories in a CSV.
You normally cannot add a category without an icon.
There is no preferred image, but about 40×40 max I would say.

Have you created an upload custom field which is not working? Is that what you mean?
Or you cannot upload images?
