Leave it turned off until you have everything set up, then turn it on. If it then gives troubles, then all that needs fixing is the Booster. Normally not an issue, but there might be some conflict somewhere. Kleo sometimes is not the easiest of theme to marry with GD:

I changed your GD permalinks. All seems to work fine now, please check.

Or use your search to locate in which folder it has been saved. Or check your browser settings to find where your download folder is.
