Every location has a region and country.
If you do not want to show regions, then you can hide the display, but the system cannot work if you set to only allow listings in your default region California.

Check you categories now because you have test categories there now.We suggest using the UsersWP plugin. That will have options in the menu settings and also widgets.
If you want any further support and you do have any GD Addons installed, then you will have to use a current membership to receive support. Please note this from https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/Support for Free Users (non members) is provided for website where only the core plugin is installed and used. If addons are installed and used (even only one addon), the user will have to subscribe again before being able to receive support.
Thanks
You are using old versions of the language files. I have updated them as explained here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/updating-your-language-files/
I placed your old language files in the /wp-content/languages/plugins/AA-old folder.I cannot login to your WP admin, the password is not correct.

You need to add a custom field, not a Custom Post Type.
Go to Places > Settings > Custom Fields and add the field there. If we need to check your settings, post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look.
Thanks
