You were using a V1 Directory starter theme, instead of the V2 Directory starter theme.
I already fixed it. Please check if things work OK now and let us know.You had not updated Directory Starter to the V2 version – FIXED

In V2, you can add titles and captions to every photo of the Detail photo gallery.

Can you link to the specifications of your hosting, like a link to the hosting package you have?Also add your URL and WP admin details in a private reply, just in case he wants to check anything.
