The map will zoom on Ontario if you go to the Ontario page: https://allontario.ca/places/canada/ontario/
What I mean is, why do you link to https://allontario.ca/places/ and not to https://allontario.ca/places/canada/ontario/ if you only want to show Ontario listings?
October 29, 2018 at 11:54 pm in reply to: Empty window when click on Edit listing in WP Admin #451798There’s no way to do that with GD, but why do you not just link to that page from your menu, instead of linking to all Places?
Regarding the change to the Listings map, that was me, to make sure that the map automatically zooms to focus on the listings. I reset it to a fixed zoom.

And what is the URL?
You must already have installed GD before.
You can possibly choose to overwrite the previous GD installation using https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/useful-plugins/#easy
but be aware if you are trying to change from V1 to V2, you will need to follow these instructions:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/try-geodirectory-v2/Thanks
I guess that is the case indeed.
Have you turned off physical address for your CPTs?
Supreme will only remove the map if you have a CPT without addresses.Let us know.
You can achieve that with some customization. You can look for assistance at https://geodirectoryexperts.com/
Thanks
I’ll get the developers to have a closer look.
ThanksThe Send Enquiry button is automatically added when an email is added to the listing.
ThanksGo to your WP pages and edit the shortcodes etc on the GD Archive and GD Search page.
For example, delete the map shortcode. Thanks
That plugin has not been updated, but there are no issues with as far as we know. Plenty of GD users use that plugin without any problems.
Thanks
Try changing the default subject “Website Enquiry” to something more specific at GD > Notifications > Other emails > Email enquiry
Some hosts’ spam settings are so high they trash emails with that subject before it is being sent.
Thanks
I removed the shortcode you added. The shortcode will always load a specific custom post type, in your case that was the Places CPT.
Thanks
Changing themes does not affect your Geodirectory data or settings.
But it will affect menus and widgets.
Restoring GeoDirectory should not change anything. What will restore things, is going back to Supreme.
ThanksThere is no need to add a shotcode to the Add Listing page. Please check now. Thanks
