Tried in FireFox without any problem.
Try clearing all caches maybe. Can you first make sure you have the most current and complete Events version running, and update all other plugins too. De-activate any non GD plugins too.
Thanks. On further checking, the purpose of this option is to prevent customers to “renew” their free listing, in case you want to allow users to use a free package only once. If used like that, on expiry the users who want to keep a listing will need to upgrade to another package.
Upgrading should not allow the same package to be selected. Only renewing should allow the same package.
I think there will be some changes in V2 for the upgrade/renew system, but not quite sure which ones.
I’ll get Stiofan to look at your post too.It should update if payment was made, and it was a recurring listing.
Normally free packages do not have a time limit, but some people like setting a time limit because they want them to disappear if not “renewed”. It prevents incorrect old listings, but on the flipside, listings will disappear after the time limit set if not renewed by the user.
Thanks
There are 3 options for multiselect: select, checkbox or radio.
It seems you have chosen checkbox, which will indeed sit within a field. In case you have heaps of options, that means your page will not get too long.Popular Category sort by categories with most listings first. Thanks.

More info about memberships is at https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/membership/
Thanks
I guess you are talking about the one in the featured area, not the one you added at GD Home Content.
To change the one in the featured area, review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-remove-the-popular-categories-section-from-the-home-page/ and https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#popcats
Just add this to the shortcode: title=’Common Categories’
Thanks
I cannot replicate that on my test site.
Can you post your WP admin details in a private reply so we can check for you.
ThanksAll works for me too, using Chrome. Your site is just a bit slow, so you have to wait for the approval box to come up etc.
ThanksI had flagged it for the developers, I will remind them. Sorry about the delay.
Can you send us an example where we can recreate that. The examples you gave before seem to be fixed? Are you looking at the GD Home/Location pages like /location/united-states/ ?
