You will have to create GD listings for the teams to be able to use the maps and GD Search etc.
Most post data can be exported and manipulated into a new CSV to import directly into the directory.
It should work fine with a Genesis child theme, but if there are some issues, we will give you a hand. Thanks
Hi Patrick, have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-change-the-number-of-listings-per-page/
Thanks
You can use links like this:
YOURSITE/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place&package_id=4Thanks
I’ll get the developers to confirm, but I think the reason is that a package needs to be selected to be able to create the Edit Listing page, and the only package that can be used to create the page is the current selected package.
There may be a way to hide that line with some coding, but that will not prevent the user just to edit some content and submit the changes without choosing a different package.
Thanks
GD > Place Settings > Custom fields > Categories (Taxonomy) custom field > Category display type > Ajax chained > save
Let us know if that fixed it. Thanks
Hi Joe, you would add a shortcode for the location map, and a shortcode for the popular post widget, or you could simply use the auto-generated /location/ page.

Please have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/help-i-get-a-php-warning-on-my-pages/
Thanks
Hi Joe, I cannot see that anywhere, did you change theme?
Thanks
Glad to hear you were able to fix the problems.
The location issue you have is because you only have the free plugin, which is limited to one city only.
You will need the Location Manager addon if you want to add other locations:

Hi Jorge, unless someone registers as a WP user, they cannot add a listing. They need to be able to register before adding a listing, and need to be able to login to edit or renew the listing etc.
“Listing Owners” need to be WP Users. Thanks
Yes, that is correct, just “deactivate” will not change anything, it just makes it inactive for the time being.
You will need to create different packages at GD > Prices and Payments.
Then you restrict the URLs of those packages with s2member depending on the membership level.
With S2member be aware that a higher level can see everything a lower level can see, unless you do some custom coding. As Alex says, you can contact S2 to find out more about that. Thanks
Yes, that is correct. Thanks
