Please post the URL of that page, and also WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look.
ThanksApparently you’re saying if I edit a listing from back end — Edit Listing — the price package doesn’t properly change fields?
What I am saying is that expiry dates and other package settings do not change automatically in the backend when changing package.
Changing package will only work correctly when changing from the frontend.sometimes if you delete plugins, you lose settings. Think this is standard behavior.
Have a look at GD > General > Uninstall Settings tab. Thanks
You seem to have some non-compatible caching plugin or settings.
Bit hard to say from here what the problem is, there are no listings in my area on your site. Please post your WP admin details please in a private reply.
Thanks
Not sure what you did, but now everything looks great on http://ajijictoday.com/locations/.
I deleted and re-created that page to get rid of all the settings added by other plugins and page builders etc.The only change I would like to make is to create a different Avada menu for the GeoDirectory, replacing the main menu except for a homepage item.
I guess Avada should be able to help with that. GD uses the menu designated by the theme.I added this CSS at GD > Design > Scripts:
#geodir_cpt_categories_widget-2 {background: white}I don’t understand Avada’s widget options, maybe ask the Avada developers?
Another confusing issue is that I add the widget CPT Categories and it saves like that but then changes to Popular Post Category. ??
I only see the CPT Categories widget on the /locations/ page … Can you explain a bit more? Thanks
You should avoid touching the files themselves, plugins can be de-activated and deleted from WP Admin > Plugins.
You need to leave the “WP Easy Updates” plugin activated.
Price packages update only correctly when done from the frontend, not from the backend.
The reason the category display changed is because you deleted the plugin files rather than de-activate and delete from WP Admin > Plugins.
You may find other issues like that, just re-save the custom field to correct the database. For future, have a look at GD > General > Uninstall Settings tab.
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private. That looks like an error in one of your templates or translations.

That is because that site has only one CPT. If you have more than one CPT you will have 3 fields:

Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/search-filters-overview/#redirect
You will need to activate the geolocation of the Advanced Search filter.

I will alert the developers for you.

You are having a conflict with your theme or other plugins.
