I am guessing your host [GoDaddy?] is killing the email being sent, because it has a very generic subject like “Website Enquiry”. Change the subject to something more unique at GD > Notifications > Other Emails tab > Email enquiry

I am guessing there is a conflict with one of your other plugins, so try de-activating them and resaving your WP permalinks until you find the problem.
It may be your Landing Pages or Calls to Action plugins.

It might be that the Google API treats Bexhill and Bexhill on Sea as 2 different locations.
The only solution is to activate the Location Manager and allow listings outside your default location.

All listings need to be in at least one category, none of your timeshares are.
