I am guessing that Paarl, Robertson etc are a SELECT custom field, and each listing has an entry for that field?If you mean that Robertson is a “location”, then I suggest you add the location switcher to your menu.

Not sure what you mean. Listings cannot auto-detect anything, all info needs to be added. Can you explain a bit better?can I let the wine type show on the main search like it does right now and also have mutliple wine types for my farm?

1. GD > Multilocations > Location Settings tab > GEO DIRECTORY LOCATION SETTINGS > Country > Enable default country (country drop-down will not appear on add listing and location switcher).
2. That is not available yet.

I cannot access your site for the moment, but I am guessing that is not a GD Listings page, but a GD Home/Location page.
So you will need to review the settings in the Popular Post view widgets.Thanks

Add these shortcodes to a test page and you will get links to most GD pages:

Your default location was a city in Spain, and you had set multilocations to only allow listings in that country. Therefore all other listings in other countries could not be found.
