I just updated from the frontend, it was missing title, bio and street address.
I don’t quite understand yet, but maybe because the payment manager is out of date.
I’ll ask the developers if that can be reason.I cannot get your admin to load, so I cannot check your language settings.

There’s no need to change the CPT system name, all you need to change is the singular and plural name.
URLs will not change unless you also change the slug.
