So you want listings to be called Listings sitewide, but only on the Add Listing page you want to call them Business? Am I understanding correct?
If you only have one CPT, you can then use this in the language file for %s Title:

<span style="display:none;">%s</span>Business Name

I am confused as to what you want to change though.
You don’t want to change the CPT name [“No, not in CPT. We wouldn’t want to do it in same place anyways since it affects things system wide.”] but at the same time you say “the CPT helps the first part”.

You are using the latest GD core plugin but your addons are not the latest versions, that often leads to errors: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-is-the-best-way-to-update-the-gd-plugins/

If you allow listings in more than one country [as you do in your Multilocation settings], you need to use “Add full location info with country, region and city slug in listing urls”.

You cannot upload any listings outside your default location unless you have the Location Manager active:
