Hi psiegel,
Thanks for your post. It could be caused by an incomplete address on a listing. Could you share your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that we could check on it?

Thanks for your reply. I need to forward this to a dev. Could you share both WP and FTP here in a private reply?
Hi Bernward,
Thanks for your post. I’ve checked your Website here https://goto.green/20191030/anbieter/germany/nordrhein-westfalen/lengerich/bioland-hoefe/weidenhof-die-gruene-kiste/ and I’m not sure where is the OffCanvas Area. Could you highlight it using a screenshot and also share your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that we could check on it?

Thanks for your post. Could you please share the URL of the page in question so that I could check on it? I don’t see any issues on the homepage here https://www.worldcheckin.com/ . Just some console errors that are unrelated to GD. Maybe you should check on that?
November 4, 2019 at 1:34 pm in reply to: Places Categories listing image and map icon buttons #515863Hi PO,
Thanks for your reply. Please make sure that you’ve updated the plugin to the latest version. I’ve tested it on my dev site and it works fine. If the issue persists on your end, could you please open the “Developer Console” and check the “Console” tab and see if you’re getting any errors?
Hi getawaydigital,
Let us know how it goes.
Hi Jeremy Rangel,
Thanks for your post. Please allow me to answer your questions accordingly.
1. GD Post Metas can only be used within GD.
2. Not really sure about this and could you elaborate a little bit more? Perhaps you can share some screenshots and the URL of the page in questions?
November 4, 2019 at 8:33 am in reply to: Style Code that allows you to put the name of the field of tabs as title H2 #515821Hi Giovan Antoni,
Thanks for your reply. Well, you can’t change HTML using custom CSS code and if you wish to style, you can target it using the custom CSS code below.
.geodir_post_meta .geodir_post_meta_title { font-size:20px; color:red; }
Thanks!
Hi Surender Mehra,
Thanks for your reply. I will forward this to a developer for a second opinion.
Hi Surender Mehra,
Thanks for your post. Tabs can be arranged or added here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/tabs/ . If it doesn’t work correctly out of the box, please go through this conflict test https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/troubleshooting/#conflict-test . If the issue persists, share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll check this out for you.
This reply has been marked as private.Hi charlievaughan,
Thanks for your post. Listing addresses are mandatory for all listings. If you don’t need an address for your listings, enable the “Disable physical location?” option here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/general/#settings .
Hi Sue,
Thanks for your post. Sorry, I’m not sure what you’re referring to. Could you elaborate a little bit more?
Thanks!
Hi mike broerman,
