Hi Kerrin,
Thanks for your reply and I’m so sorry for overlooking this post https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/mobile-responsive-listing-set-up/page/2/#post-457359 . However, our developer has just applied some custom CSS code for you and could you check and see if it works correctly for you?
Thanks!
Hi there,
Thanks for your post. This isn’t a known issue yet. Could you share both WP and FTP access in private reply so that we could troubleshoot this?
Thanks!
December 7, 2018 at 5:26 pm in reply to: 500 Internal Server Error when attempting to delete Tags after Import #457539Hi Larry,
Thanks for your reply. Everytime you re-upload the CSV, it will overwrite the data in your database. Also, if you have a huge database, always backup before you import any data.
Thanks!
Hi Jeremy,
Thanks for your reply. GDV2 is 99.9% ready for production. We are dealing with small tweaks only. Let us know if you’ve further questions.
Thanks!

Thanks

Hi zyze8,
Thanks for your reply. If the plugins you are using cannot be updated using WP Easy Updates, you’ll need to download all addons manually and replace the addon files using FTP. Then, it should allow you to activate the license key.
Thanks!
Hi Ben,
Thanks for your post. Please make sure that you’ve downloaded the correct version. If you’re using Gdv2, you need to download the Location Manager v2. For GDv1, get Location Manager v1
Thanks

Hi purva,
Thanks for your post. Are you trying to import listings with different cities/countries/regions? If you are, you need to install the “Location Manager” addon https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/list-manager/ . If not, share your CSV file and your WP admin access in private reply and I’ll check on it.
Thanks!
Hi Derek,
Sorry, my mistake. Looks like you’re referring to the GDv2 version of the Claim listing addon. Could you share your WP admin access here in private reply so that we could check on it?
Thanks!
Hi martin,
Thanks for your post. Since you’re using the GDv2, could you try using the “Shortcode Builder” feature and see if it helps? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/shortcode-builder/
Thanks!
