Hi Kelly,
Thanks for reaching us. Unfortunately, you cannot have 3 directories on a single Website. Anyway, have you seen our Custom Post Type Addon? This allows you create different post types and you can choose to set it as subscription-based or free. https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/custom-post-types/
Or you can hire GD experts to work this out for you https://geodirectoryexperts.com/
Thanks!
Hi there,
Let’s fix one issue at a time. Could you please follow the instructions in this article https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/ ? It should lead you in the right direction. If not, kindly share WP admin and FTP access in private reply and we’ll check on your translation files.
Thanks!

Hi there,
Could you install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/
That way you can check what is being sent by WordPress. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!
Hi Don,
It depends on how many customizations are being made earlier. Addons, GD settings and custom fields will remain. However, for snippets, it’s really hard to tell. I’d suggest that you switch to SD now and let us know if you bump into any issues as we’ll definitely help where we can.
Thanks!
Hi Joe,
You can remove the “* Indicates mandatory fields” using custom CSS. Refer to this article https://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/customizing-your-style/ . To add new types of fields, refer to this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#custom
Thanks!
Hi Joe,
That can be changed using the translation method. It’s inside the “Advanced Search” Addon and here is how you translate addons. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/
Thanks!
Hi David,
Kindly refer to this post on how to replace the overall rating icon to the default. https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/removing-overall-rating-image/#post-315803 . If you wish to have a gradient fill star rating icon, you’ll have to either download it from somewhere else or custom make one on your own.
Thanks!
Hi Shaun,
Thanks for reaching us and I’m sorry to hear about the problem. I’ve notified the person in charge of this. Thanks ahead for your patience.
Thanks!
Hi Joel,
Yes, you’re right about “Show in what location” on the homepage. A workaround for this would be to target the homepage using either of the custom CSS code below. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
.sd-homepage .geodir_more_info.geodir_bitcoincash { display:none!important; }or
.home-page .geodir_more_info.geodir_bitcoincash { display:none!important; }Hi Ana,
Please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Hi Joel,
Thanks for reaching us. Could you try using the “Show in what location” option as mentioned here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#custom and see if it’s what you’re looking for? Or you can use custom CSS to hide it and here is an article for your reference https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
Thanks!
Hi Rebecca,
Sorry, I’m not really sure what you mean there but are you referring to the option shown in the attached screenshot? That option will allow you to display the custom fields without clicking the “gear” icon.
Thanks!
