In this case you should find “THIS IS A PREVIEW OF YOUR LISTING AND ITS NOT PUBLISHED YET.
IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG THEN “GO BACK AND EDIT” OR IF YOU WANT TO ADD LISTING THEN CLICK ON “PUBLISH”.” in the core plugin translation file, while the rest should be in the translation file of the prices and payments add-on.

1) Actually, their listing will be expireing if their price wasn’t recurring. Users will have to renew and if the new renew package is recurring, they will subscribe to the new recurring plan.

2) This is really not possible, you can’t change the price of an existing recurring payment on paypal. You can only stop it and offer a new one if you want to change price.
