Hi,

you cannot imported claimed listings.

You must enter the ID of each author in the post_author column, than manually set them as Claimed from the wp-admin.

Ok, I was able to recreate this. You shouldn’t be using a thumbnail for the featured image, but always the full size format and make sure that it is resized with CSS.

The system cannot creates the thumbnails while imported (it would take too long), so it creates them only when saving each listings.

The problem is in the functions used to show that image in the sidebar.

Hi,
the theme compatibility has been re-done. Please next time export it from GD >> Theme Compatibility so that we don’t have to start over again.

Activating add-ons will not affect these settings.

Hi,

the background image on your home page is coming from the child theme style.css.

In your custom css I don’t see anything that would make the menu brackground color clear.

The template used for the custom home page doesn’t have the function to call the footer.
```
get_footer();
```
It does have
```
wp_footer();
```
that normally it is only called inside footer.php

For the login/logout link, that would require a customization. At the moment you can use the login box widget.

For the CSS problem, probably the theme is adding some styling where it shouldn’t.

If you provide a link and credentials we can provide the css to fix it.

What do you mean with:

he migration works fine for a while but then fails with a 502 error

What steps are you taking to migrate your website?

we don’t really provide support with server migrations. However I believe the hosting provide does.

If you disable wpengine caching system the Location manager add-on will work just fine.

it is not possible to search all CPT at once.

To switch back to Places, there is the 1st select field of the search form. Just switch from events to places.
