Hi,
that sound like a jQuery error probably cause by another plugin. Please disable all non GD plugins to test if that is the case. If the problem is solved, than activate the plugin one by one while testing to see which one is the culprit.
If that’s not the problem please provide wp admin credentials in a private reply and we will have a look.
Thanks
We are glad it was solved…
Thanks
Hi,
this is a known bug of the Kleo Theme. Their authors are aware of it and are working to fix it. Another member already reported it to them.
Instead of tweaking the current version, I would see with their support if they already have a final solution.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,

July 27, 2015 at 7:29 pm in reply to: sample .csv file I downloaded doesn't have all the fields necessary #47103Hi,
thanks for your feedback, but I think that at least for this point, documentation should be clear enough.
In the mandatory fields section it says: category has to be created in WP admin before you import!
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#import
If a user only have few categories, he may decide to create them manually rather than using the CSV import.
Then there is a whole section about importing categories too :
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#import-cats
It starts by saying: You can import your categories and subcategories using a CSV file instead of adding your categories one by one from the admin area.
If I may, what isn’t clear?
Thanks
Hi,
the IF statement should be inside the function:
Have a look here https://wpgeodirectory.com/re-order-tabs-in-a-listing-detail-page/, where it says: Different orders only for 1 Custom Post Type
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
hi,
this is a known problem with Kleo https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/change-location-navigation-main-menu-not-working/#post-46862
The other member already reported it to Kleo author’s. The way the handle menus makes it impossible to add any custom link using the WordPress hook dedicated to that function.
I’m sure they are working on a solution already.
Thanks
Hi,
just FYI, with Enfold, that is the only title there is…

Thanks
Hi Mirim,
just FYI, we normally reply very fast during week days, however we only guarantee an answer with 24hrs. During weekends we can only guarantee an answer within 48hrs.

In addition here we are talking about a customization, not really support.
Thanks
Hi Miriam,
Is there anyway I can prevent users not to upload portrait images?
Not really, what you could do is to edit the upload image message on the add lsiting page to tell users that only landscape images wil be approved and moderate all listings.
Can you tell me which would be exact css style to make some testing?
There isn’t 1 single css rules to be edited to achieve this. We are talking about several edits… as I told you it will be a complex job. I can’t really make a precise list with instructions, that would be considered a customization and go beyond support. If you feel confident in editing CSS, I suggest to install firebug and have a look for yourself. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/.
Is there anyway to show cropped images for portrait in the slider?
Not without a code customization.
I’ve noticed that only one image of the listing uploads is flying to the “media” gallery. Where are the others stored?
They are stored on your server in the wp-content/uploads/year/month folder. You can only see them on the edit listing screen of the backend.
Thanks
Hi,
yes the settings is an Enfold settings and it was in Enfold Child >> Header >> Header Title and Breadcrumbs >> Display Title and Breadcrumbs.
You had “hide both” selected.
Thanks
You are welcome… 🙂
Hi,
I’ve just asked to the developers to verify CSS and mobile location switcher for all Genesis Child Themes.
We will keep you posted.
Thanks for your patience,
July 27, 2015 at 5:53 pm in reply to: Add Listing Page on Cohhe Sky Theme; Listing Directions; Single Map on Listing #47080Hi,
Sky theme modifies the detail page with thier custom code. You should ask them for support on that one.
Let us know,
