Hi Sally,
with this few lines of css
#geodir-wrapper { background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #fff; margin: 0 auto; max-width: 1170px; overflow: hidden; padding: 0 30px; }GD elements are now better displayed, but a theme like that would really deserve a compatibility plugin. To make GD looks like it was built for that theme.
It is feasible, but I can’t really provide the entire code as part of support. It would take me almost 1 hour to complete it.
I can ask John to get it touch with you, but if you posted in the jobs section and he didn’t reply, probably he’s too busy. It is possible that simply didn’t see your post though, so we can always try.
In any case this should eneough to get you started.
Thanks
you are welcome!
Hi,
this is not possible. There is no such hook for field descriptions.
Thx
Hi,
the title is a mandatory element of a wordpress post of any kind. Can’t really be blank as it’s also what creates the URL.
hiding the field and automatically copying the address field in the title can probably be done with jQuery, but that would require a customization.
Thanks
hi Adrian,
this would require a not so easy customization.
There isn’t really an easy solution.
Thanks
Hi,
I would export via phpmyadmin the wp_gd_place_details table and into a CSV file and than just copy and paste the lat and long into your exported CSV.
We have in mind to create an complete Import/Export tool, but that will come after we are done with documentation, that is currenly taking most of Stiofan’s time.
Thanks
Where you able to update?
Let us know,
Thx
This reply has been marked as private.hi,
Stiofan is fixing it as we speak. It was due to the site address change.
The values are still correct but being output with the new upload directory prefixing it.
He’s fixing it manually for you. Should be done soon.
Thx
hi,
There’s no way to get the custom fields on all post types within geodir to show up as custom fields in other search plugins, unless you modify those search plugins to use GD custom tables to retrieve data correctly.
If we had to use default WP CPT and custom fields to query the database, GD could have handled maximum few thousands listings on a dedicated server before becoming unusable.
Thx
hi,
see image attached. I see all Icons in both map and category widget.
You probably just need to refresh your browser cache.
Please let us know.
Thanks
EDIT: working on it… (I saw credentiasl in previous replies.)
This reply has been marked as private.hi,
you can go to GD > Notifications > Site Bcc Options > Listing published
and set to NO.
That will stop sending the site admin a notification about new listing submission.
Thanks
Hi,
please try adding this css too:
#comments ul.rate-area-list li { clear: none; }Let me know,
Thx
