Hi,
it is a known bug and solution was probided here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/split-icons-not-shown-on-maps-or-popular-categories/

Hi,
The 1st error is due to the fact that there is a listing and a category with the exact same name and that should NEVER be the case.
Some icons not showing is a known bug and solution was provided here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/split-icons-not-shown-on-maps-or-popular-categories/
The list is ordered by number of listings in each cat:
Painting And Decorating (11)
Domestic Cleaning icon Domestic Cleaning (7)
Roofers icon Roofers (7)
Plasterers icon Plasterers (6)
Electricians icon Electricians (6)
Window Cleaning icon Window Cleaning (6)
Roofing Specialists icon Roofing Specialists (6)etc…
Last is definitely a bug and it has been reported to Develoopers.
Thanks
Is that to disable recurring option?
The new version which are very close to release in beta, has an option to enable/disable recurring events for each price package.
That way you wouldn’t need to tweak core files for this.

Would you provide a link where we can acutally see this happening, possibly with wp admin credentials?
I can’t recreate in my demos. When a mandatory field is selected the error message disappears.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
I’m not 100% sure if it is JetPack adding the “Widget Visibility” option, but I tend to think that is the source of the problem. We would have to disable it to test and cofirm, apparently it prevents the search widget to be added to any sidebar.
It could be something else.
However I was able to add the search widget using the shortcode in a text widget.
Let me know if this is an acceptable solution or you prefer us to further investigate.
Thanks
Hi,
a the moment the only solution available is to add a better field description as Guust suggested.
Thanks
HI,
you can use wpengine without multilocation addon. Or with the multilocation addon, but with varnish turned off.
Thanks

this is what I do.
1st I auto-update GD core by itself, than I update all addons all together.
There is absolutely no need to deactivate anything before updating.
Thanks
Hi,
I think you have mod_security or something similar installed on that server.
Please ask to your server admin if that is the case and to disable them in case.
Wordpress doesn’t work properly with mod_security and GeoDirectory even less.
Let us know,
Thanks
March 12, 2015 at 12:33 am in reply to: Serious ssues since updates – needing stable environment #33760I imagine that you are sensing frustration from your users.
To be honest, not at all after this update. Everything went quite smooth, except for 2 users including you. Out of +3000 active install it’s not bad at all.
running from one crashed function to another, one set of errors to another
Can you make examples? I understand your frustration, but if you read back what you wrote, you provide very little, if no information at all to help us assist you.
Updating should be as simple as clicking the update button. At least so it is for all our test websites and for the vast majority of users.
If you provide a detailed list of problems experienced during last update, the urls where the problems are easily traceble and wp admin credentials to have a look at settings, I’ll be happy to go through the list point by point with you and make sure everything is fixed and stable as we all need it to be.
Thank you
Hi,
that is correct, if you are not using multilocation and geolocation, sessions are not taken into consideration.
Login uses a regular Cookie, same as used by wordpress login interface and add/editing listing shouldn’t be affected at all.
Thanks
Please read my 1st reply carefully.
Thank you
