Hi Charles,
from what I can see in your settings, it looks correct.
In MultiLocation settings for Home Page Results you have Show default location results on home page enabled.
You only have 1 listing for your default location and that is the one appearing.
Thanks
Hi Dean,
thanks for spotting this, I’ve reported to developers your finding and they will update you as soon as possible.
Cheers,
Hi,
I went into Appearance >> Widgets and the map wasn’t in any widget area.
I’ve added it and it works. I also made sure GD was aware you are using Divi in GD >> Theme Compatibility.
Everything looks better now.
Let us know,
Thx
Hi,
you should really go the right way and download the latest core instead.
We don’t keep old addons for download and we don’t support them.
I wouldn’t even know which version is to be used with 1.2.4.
That’s a core version of at least 5 months ago…
Thanks
March 6, 2015 at 12:25 am in reply to: GeoDirectory Buddypress Integration Addon Beta released #33093my pleasure 🙂
I’m positive that when you add an address or a zip code in the search form field, the distance is always used as primary sorting and I think it make sense.
Than they should be able to change sorting and sort by reviews, but this doesn’t appear to be working and I’ve reported it to developers.
In any case they can’t mix sorting, like the top rated + close to zip code 12345.
The default sorting only affects Generic searches with nothing in near field and listings pages.
Thanks
Glad I could help 🙂
Hi,
in that table there are all info needed to retrieve maps markers without querying through the main post tables.
For each listing you have a row with 4 columns each:
id : 94
post_id 145
cat_id 43
json {“id”:”145″,”lat_pos”: “41.899305”,”long_pos”: “-87.62506″,”marker_id”:”145_43″,”icon”:”http://wpgeo.directory/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/hotel.png”,”group”:”catgroup43″}This way we don’t have to join table and the queries are 10x faster.
Thanks
March 5, 2015 at 10:28 pm in reply to: Buddy Press Member Reviews page shows two menu bars and and error #33081Hi,
it appears that you have very little memory allocated in that server, I can’t even access the pages menu in wordpress dashboard.
I couldn’t troubleshoot your problem though, but it seems to be related to avada, because if i switch theme the problem disappear.
Just FYI, you didn’t have Avada selected in GD >> Theme compatibility and that was creating some layout troubles.
I’ve asked to the developers to have a look at your problem directly.
We’ll let you know asap.
Thanks
Thanks.
Hi,
no, all users can add or noone can add.
You could either:
1) remove the link for users to add listings and give the direct URL only to the user that is allowed,
2) or disable front end submission completely and only add listings from the back end.
Both things can be accomplished in GD >> Design >> Navigation
1) Show add listing navigation in menu
2) Allow post type to add from frontend
Thanks
March 5, 2015 at 10:03 pm in reply to: Featured events title not visible above featured events #33072Looks like it is the bottom section, not the sidebar.
Thanks
that was probably due to your JS errors with GD booster activated.
Thx
That doesn’t disappear.
ThxPls go to GD >> Design >> Map and make sure you have disabled the finance category from the map.
if you haven’t please provide wp admin credentials so that we can have a look.
Thanks
You will need to wait until tomorrow. We need Stiofan to look into it.
Thx
