default text strings are changed via translation file.

Each add-on has it’s own translation file, so for prices related strings it will be the GD pricing manager, for the check out page it will be the Invoicing plugin and so on.

Hi,
what you see there isn’t our theme, but it must be Jetpack or a similar plugin providing a minimal mobile page.
If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you’ll see a link “view full site”. Clicking that will show our theme and the correct menu, I’m sorry but we can’t do anything to fix the other menu unless you disable what is responsible for it.
