We need either the email address used to create the account or first name and last name of the person who did the original purchase.

Upgrade to V2 isn’t a normal upgrade.

If you want to downgrade, you will need a back-up of your database.

It looks to me like you removed some of the headings from the sample file. For example, all the images columns are missing.

What error do you get? Please provide a link and admin credentials so that we can debug.

Just did a quick test and everything appears to be working fine.

Tested with a Chrome-based browser on a Windows 10 Laptop.

You should ask to the user having problems what kind of PC and browser he’s using. He might have JS disabled and that would explain everything.

Please provide wp admin, FTP and phpmyadmin credentials and we’ll follow up.

If you have a backup of the V1 database, please provide that too.

If you select what is suggested you see only listings IN that city.
If you write the location name and don’t select, you’ll see all listings near that location within the radius that you have in your settings.

If you only want the latter, you can disable the autocompleter.
