Sorry to hear that, please provide a link and admin credentials and links to broken pages and a developer will look into it asap.
Thanks
Hi,
The images attached will not help us identify your account. Those are screenshots of the backend of your site.
We need either the email address used to create the account or first name and last name of the person who did the original purchase.
Thank you
What kind of computer are we talking about? Version of Windows would be indicative.
It sounds strange that it works for everyone here and nobody of your users…
Also make sure you follow these instructions: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/upgrade-from-gdv1/
Upgrade to V2 isn’t a normal upgrade.
If you want to downgrade, you will need a back-up of your database.
Thanks
1st is not possible, unless you downgrade to V1.
2nd there is an option in advance search settings to disable autocompleter.
Thanks
It looks to me like you removed some of the headings from the sample file. For example, all the images columns are missing.
What error do you get? Please provide a link and admin credentials so that we can debug.
Thanks
There is no linking between Users and Listing. The only thing that you can do is select a user as author of a listing.
Anything else would require a customization.
Thanks
Just did a quick test and everything appears to be working fine.
Tested with a Chrome-based browser on a Windows 10 Laptop.
You should ask to the user having problems what kind of PC and browser he’s using. He might have JS disabled and that would explain everything.
Let us know,
Thanks
Did you try saving permalinks?
Do the blog and other pages work if you disable GeoDirectory?
If not, then the problem is either caused by another plugin, the theme or the server and in those cases, we can’t provide support.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
I just tested adding 1 business and it worked. See the image attached.
I can also see the title of all your existing listings.
Let me know what I’m missing.
Thanks
Where should I check?
On the homepage the only categories section I see ((Browse By Category) looks good.
Let me know,
Thanks
Please provide wp admin, FTP and phpmyadmin credentials and we’ll follow up.
If you have a backup of the V1 database, please provide that too.
Thanks
Can’t replicate the error, please provide WP admin and FTP credentials and we’ll have a look.
Thanks
If you select what is suggested you see only listings IN that city.
If you write the location name and don’t select, you’ll see all listings near that location within the radius that you have in your settings. If you only want the latter, you can disable the autocompleter.
Thanks
what Kor suggested is the only way and it’s not that complex. That is the standard way of editing or translating default text strings of WordPress and most software out there.
Thanks
