and the link is?
please only use the username that purchased to post in the forum to avoid confusion: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/roadsnrock/
Thanks
I just changed :
line 57 both with lowercase e: Places To eat
line 58 and 59 both with uppercase E: Places To EatJust place the cursor over the cell with the content that you want and press ctrl+c, then move into the cell that you want to edit and press ctrl+v and enter.
You can also do a search and replace, which would be faster.
Thanks
Are you using open office or libreoffice as recommended?
I’ve never seen any of them changing text format automatically, nor any members having similar problems.
You must be doing something wrong.
Let us know,
Thanks

Hi,
please test in our demos that we are responsible for and NOT in the showcase section. All that are other customer’s websites:
If you can send messages without entering the fields, it probably means that you have javascript disabled on your browser.
I can’t do what you say, in either our demos or the showcase websites. See image attached
Thanks
As I said, there is no way to do that with GD permalinks (they are not affected by that setting) and for a reason.
I’m sorry to contradict you, but not only it is not a SEO recommendation, if your site has a directory structure, it is technically a mistake.
No slash means FILE : yoursite.com/file.html
Slash means DIRECTORY : yoursite.com/directory/You can read here directly from Google and it’s a 7 years old news: https://webmasters.googleblog.com/2010/04/to-slash-or-not-to-slash.html
Thanks
Hi Malc,
the best way to check how the CSV should look like is to export the CSV of some places that are working correctly.
I just tried to export your listings and there are plenty of errors.
For example, place ID 153, Roberto’s, the apostrophe in the title must have had wrong formatting because it broke the title in 2 and all data was saved in the wrong field. The description for example is in the category field.
You’ll need to correct all this before continuing importing more data. Also make sure you are not importing more errors.
If you are doing coping and pasting of data, make sure to remove all formatiing. Best way to see if everything looks as it should, is to open the CSV file via notepad.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
p.s. next time please open your own topics, eve if the problem is similar of even identical
Hi,
for some reason the post status of all the places was -1, instead of published. I changed that and it works.
I’ve never seen something like that, so I can’t tell where the problem could be coming from.
If you see this coming up again, please let us know and we will investigate more.
Thanks

Hi,
yes you must enter the correct categories and default category too.
It’s best if you do it before importing. Wording to be use is the category name.
Thanks
No it will not, only actual files are overwritten.
Anything you write and save from the WP backend (except the files editor of course) is saved in the database. Thanks
Hi,
several other errors can be seen on that website. Probably all are connected
Example, if I scroll down to the bottom of the page in your dashboard, it scroll backs up automatically.
There is also a big error notice in all pages of your dashboard.
With 70 plugins installed, the only way to debug this is to start deactivating all non GD plugins and see if the problem goes away.
Let us know,
Thanks
Something is making the author page redirect to the home page. Please try to disable all non GD plugins to test this and let us know if doing so made the problem go away.
Thanks
