Please try disabling all non GD plugins momentarily to see if one of them is the culprit.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
you cannot set permalinks without final trailing slash. That option will not affect detail page URLs.
Why would you want something like that anyway?
Thanks
Hi,
in GeoDirectory you have 2 fields. “Search for” where you should write Hotels and “Near” where you should write New York.
What you want to do is very very complex.
Thanks
February 21, 2017 at 7:57 pm in reply to: Wrong zoom-level (map), if there is only 1 entry in a listing #362985Hi,
when there are more than one listings, auto-zoom kicks in (if enabled).
When there is only 1 listing, the manual zoom level set on the widget options is used.
Thanks,
Don’t worry, Stiofan will apply a permanent fix tomorrow
Still a server problem Ron, there is nothing we can do.
Hi,
I can’t recreate this in any of our demos. Please provide a link and admin credentials and we will check your website.
Thanks
Yes numerous of our members did. To be 100% honest with you, I’d change ISP. GoDaddy in my experience has been nothing but troubles.

Thanks
Hi,
each custom post type has different CPT name. gd_place is the default. Al lthe other have name that start with gd_ and the name you assigned.
You need to change the post_type column from one to the other according to your needs.
Thanks
Hi,
none of these errors appear to be caused by our software.
They are all server related:
1) WordPress database error Lost connection to MySQL server (/mu-plugins/gd-system-plugin.php) this is GoDaddy.
2) User disc2626217687 already has more than ‘max_user_connections’ active connections This is GoDaddy.
3) PHP Deprecated: mysql_connect(): This is GoDaddy too.
This is the only GD related thinhg: PHP Notice: Undefined index: REDUX, but it’s just a notice not an error and it won’t prevent your website from working.
As I already told you countless times, I really suggest that you move away from GoDaddy, especially that managed server solution that is hell.
Thanks
please zip the file before uploading it or copy it’s content (possibly only errors) as text in a reply.
Thanks
You are welcome 🙂
Hi,
click screen options (top-right corner of your screen) and enable custom fields.
Thanks
p.s. please open new topics rather than posting on old resolved topics.
February 21, 2017 at 6:57 pm in reply to: Map Not Showing After Plugin Deactivation / Activation #362951Hi,
all you need to do is go to Appearance >> widgets and add the widgets that you want in the various GD Home widget areas.
Please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/
Thanks
February 21, 2017 at 6:17 pm in reply to: Map Not Showing After Plugin Deactivation / Activation #362946Hi,
the GD home page and location page are all made with widgets. We add them when adding dummy data, probably that’s why you don’t remember adding them, but if you change theme the only option is to add them back manually.
Thanks
