Any WordPress developer should be able to write a new shortcode taking the existing one as starting point. They should do it via functions in a child theme or a via a plugin.
Thanks
You are welcome 🙂
Hi,
you are probably updating from a very old version.
You need to go to Settings > Reading and select the GD-Home page as the front page of your website.
Let us kow if that was it.
Thanks
Hi,
it’s feasible, BuddyPress should be compatible with most themes, even if they are not made to be fully compatibile.
If the theme is peculiar enough not to accommodate the BP templates out of the box, it’s not that hard for any average developer to fix it through a child theme.
Of course you’ll have to settle with the default buddypress look, which may or may not be ideal for your theme design.
If you can consider changing theme, Kleo is 100% compatible with both BuddyPress and GeoDirectory and looks pretty sleek.
Thanks
Hi,
1 you must create the CPT first and also the categories.
2 import will not work if CPT and categories are not created in advance.
Thanks
I don’t think there is, but let me ask to the developers, they can verify and if we don’t have it and it’s not too hard to create, we can maybe add it.
They’ll let you know asap.
Thanks
Hi Mark,
the license activation problem was a issue on our side that I just fixed for you.
Instead I asked to Stiofan to follow up for the social importer problem. He’ll let you know asap.
Thanks

I’m sorry, but I’ve never used nor tested any of the plugins available for 404 redirects.
From the wp-admin, all they can do is attempt to find the admin password, unless the application installed has security flaws, in that case there is no plugin or .htaccess hack that will stop an attacker, until the bug is patched.
Thanks
I’ve added you as validator for that project: https://wpgeodirectory.com/translate/profile/vippt/
Now you should be able to upload a po file too.
Let me know,
Thanks
Hi,
there are several security plugins that can help with that.
WordFence being one of them. However the only hack anyone can attempt is a bruteforce attack and if your server is properly setup, it will lock out whoever attempt a bruteforce attack.
We never used a security plugin and never been hacked. The most important thing is to use strong passwords and keep them safe.
Thanks
Correct, that is how it works…
Absolutely yes… 🙂
