the problem is visible on Firefox too, but it’s because you have your star image pointing to this address:
https://138.197.215.132/wp-content/themes/GeoDirectory_whoop/library/images/whoop-star.png
Make sure it points to your actual domain.
https://googcity.com/wp-content/themes/GeoDirectory_whoop/library/images/whoop-star.png
and it will work.
You can change that in GeoDirectory >> Design >> Details >> Upload default rating star icon

your website is setup correctly (I assume).
Let me explain.
The home page looks bad because the menu has too many items, same thing for the location page.
The GD Home is empty because you are not using it. You selected the location page as GD Home page, you can delete that page if you want.
