The more categories link shouldn’t be there to be clicked. If it is, someone edited the CSS to make it appear again.

that part of Supreme is designed to have the more categories link hidden for a reason.

If you want to show it, you’ll have to make sure that the CSS is applied to as many categories as you wish to show, but that’s considered a customization.

please install this plugin and test with it. If the email is logged, the problem is most likely SMTP/server related.

There are plenty of SMTP plugins that will help in case that is the issue:

Custom fields shouldn’t be translated via WPML.
