since WP4 the language is changed via on option in Settings >> General.

No longer in the wp-config.php file. The text tutorial is updated, while hte video has been made before WP4 was released.

I’m sorry, but Guust gave you instruction to moderate reviews (which I thought too it was what you were asking for.)

To moderate listings you need to go to GeoDirectory >> Design >> Listings >> >> Listing General Settings >> New listing default status and set to draft.

Change the message of listings submission to reflect this in GeoDirectory >> Notifications >> Messages.
