Hi,
your search seems to be returning posts, so something is hijacking geodir search.
Would you please provide admin credentials so that we can verify what’s going on.
To answer to your question, yes it looks in the database for locations, if you use the near field autocompleter. If you don’t and search for a city that is not listed it will search everywhere and provide results for by distance in a radius that you define in design >> search.
Let us know,
Thanks
Thanks, u2! 🙂
I’m not sure how you could do that with Gravity form (but I’m not a expert of that plugin).
At the moment we don’t have a recommended solution for this, I’m sorry.
In GD >> Design, if you uncheck any of the widget areas, they will disappear from the Widgets UI too.
If you prefer to unregister them, you should do that via a child theme functions.php file. To see the function that register the sidebars to get the names, it is in geodirectory_widgets.php (the very 1st function).
Thanks
1) make sure you changed all URL instances within the DB. You can use better search replace plugin for this.
2) Make sure you changed the URL authorized for the Google Maps API key.
Let us know if it was one or the other.
If it’s none of the 2, please provide a link and credentials in a private reply.
Thanks
1) it meant you had the plugin installed already and you had to update rather than re-install.
2) is this solved too?
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
in order to import the franchises you must import the main listing for each franchise first.
This because you must set the ID of the main franchise listing in all the franchisees listings.
There is a doc that explains how that works.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/changing-franchises/
Let us know if that helped.
Thanks
Hi,
all your prices are inactive and that shouldn’t be the case. I activated your free price for that CPT and now the image uploader is showing as expected.
Thanks
Hi,
It is not necessary to create locations in advance, normally the locations are created when importing new listings. Did you enable ll Google Maps API when creating the Api Key?
Images must be uploaded on your server, I’m sorry.
Let
Thanks
Hi,
that is really strange. I’ve checked what I thought it could cause it, but it wasn’t it.
I asked to the developers to check it and let us know,
Thanks
You are welcome 🙂
Hi,
the front end CSS are not being loaded at all. It seems like MaxCDN should be serving them, but i can’t find from where you set that up.
One unrelated thing, all your GD add-ons are very outdated. At least 1 year old. You will need to update them manually via FTP as they use the old auto update system (we changed it in January). Once all add-ons are updated, go to GD >> Auto Updates / Licensing and add all license keys that you can find here : https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/reiseradet/downloads/
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
Hi again,
when creating the Google Maps API key, did you make sure all APIs were enabled?
See the bottom of this doc: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/add-google-api-key/
That’s the only thing I can think of…
The CSV file data has some illegal characters. See image attached.
Let me know if this helped,
Thanks
