You are welcome 🙂

Hi joe,
it looks like there is some css conflicting with them, if you provide a link so that we can inspect the code, I will provide a solution.
Thanks
Hi,
that, or in a HTML field.
Thanks
Hi,
there is no way out of the box to share data within a network between subsites and the main site.
You can find all the documentation here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/
There are too many options and variable to make an A > Z guide that would work for all.
Thanks
HI Mark,
you cannot use the Location page as home page, that’s why we have 2 page that are almost identical GD Home and Location. You should set the GD home as front page and leave the location page do the location page.
I’m not even sure how the location/me page can work for you?
Please change that and we will check the widget problem.
Thanks
Hi,
you installed the Location Manager before creating the default location, now your default location is blank.
Please disable momentarily the location manager, set a default location and activate the location manager again.
The reason why the CSV file is not importing is because you modified it. New columns should be added at the end of the default columns and none of the default column should be removed. Just leave them blank if you don’t need them.
Let us know how that went,
Thanks
September 16, 2016 at 3:52 pm in reply to: No maps displayed after installing and configuring plugin #267315Hi,
did you add the Google Maps API key? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#mapapi
If yes, please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply (only staff can read them) and we will have a look.
Thanks
Hi,
at the moment only the whoop theme has built in options to RSVP events.
We don’t have a tool to RSVP events that would work for any theme, I’m sorry.
You can submit a feature request for it here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/
If it becomes a popular request, we will definitely consider it.
Thanks
Hi Craig,
Cherry Blossom IS a sub-category of Gardens and Parks (see image attached).
Same problem with Japanese Garden.
Currently Nijo Castle is assigned to Cherry Blossom but not Gardens and Parks.
A listing CANNOT be assigned to a sub-category without being assigned to the parent category too and you have few listings assigned to sub-categories only without the parent category.
If Nijo Castle is assigned to Cherry Blossom, it MUST be assigned to Gardens and Parks too. If you don’t want to assign it to Gardens and Parks, you MUST remove Cherry Blossom too.
Once you fixed every listings that have this problem, run this utility from GD Tools: Location category counts.
After that, everything will work as expected.
Thanks
excellent, glad everything is resolved! 🙂
September 16, 2016 at 3:26 pm in reply to: Image in Category Top Description not mobile responsive #267302Hi Sarah,
looks like it wasn’t the sumo me widget after all and the problem is still there.
The mailchimp embed code to collect email addresses, its input field has a fixed width of 350px and that partially breaking your responsive layout. It can be fixed with this css:
#mc_embed_signup input.email { width: 100% !important; }However there is also something else wrong that I can’t seem to find.
I asked to the developers to have a look.
Thanks for your patience.
You are welcome 🙂 glad it’s working!
