    Hi,

    when you deleted and re-imported the listings, probably the upload folder where to upload the images has changed.

    To avoid that next time, you can export and re-import the listings via CSV to edit them, instead of deleting them and re-importing them.

    Now you probably just need to move the images from the July folder to the September folder (that can be done via FTP), if you provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply, I will confirm that this is the solution.

    Hi,

    I asked to the developers to have a look at your question, it was my understanding too that franchises would have the same expiry date as the main listing regardless.

    If you provide admin credentials too in a private reply, I’m sure that will help checking what’s going on.

    Probably the only way is to import 1 test listing with all the tags that you want to import and then delete the test listing.

    That would be a workaround though, because there is really built in no option to do that.

    Hi,

    1st you had the core plugin outdated, second it appears that you installed the location manager add-on, imported listing for several locations and then deactivated the location manager.

    Please reactivate the location manager and make sure all listings have the correct information.

    Hi Brian,

    all your add-ons are outdated. You can’t use the latest version of the Core plugin with old add-ons.

    You need to go to GD >> Auto Update / Licensing, enter all license keys that you can find here and activate them: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/sleepyheinen/downloads/

    After you do that you will see update notifications for all your add-ons.

    Please update everything and let us know if that solves all problems.

    Hi,

    YouTube provides a code to embed videos. Sharing a link will share a link.

    If you go to GD >> Place Settings and you double click on the video field you can change the frontend description that currently say : “Add video code here, YouTube etc” (even though it already say video code, not link…)

    in GeoDirectory >> Design >> Map >> Show / hide post type and category on map

    You had selected all CPT and Categories to be hidden. I unchecked them and now the map works as expected.

    Hi,

    just FYI, this will remove address fields and maps from that Custom Post Type completely.

    It is not an option to make the address field not mandatory and have few listings with address and few listings without address within the same CPT.

    Hi,

    this appear to be a bug. Even if you entered a URL with a neighborhood that was never created it doesn’t return 404: https://www.gojapango.com/location/osaka-prefecture/osaka/blabla/
