hi,
please see the upload images procedure for listings. The method is identical: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#images
You simply add the icon file name in the csv and then import via FTP the images in the folder the script indicates.
Let us know if that help.
Thanks
Hi,
you need to take the rating image and turn its background from white to black with photoshop.
Or you can use fontawesome for the stars and you don’t ahve to change anything.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
Hi,
currently your licenses are only activated for /localhost/.
I guess you activated them while developing your website and not on the actual live server.
You need to deactivate them all and reactivate them to be able to perform auto updates.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
July 4, 2016 at 4:05 pm in reply to: Missing argument 2 for geodir_event_title_recurring_event #221185Hi Brian,
the home page widget and the category widget below are unrelated. Clicking on events on the map will only load events on the map. If they want to load categories for another CPT, they have to select that CPT for the cateogories too.
Thanks

Hi,
that can’t be done via CSS ass the style is set inline by the google map script, I’m sorry.
We’d really need links to check any style on your website, images cannot be inspected.
Thanks
July 2, 2016 at 5:53 pm in reply to: Still getting the "Oops! Something went wrong." message #220329Hi RIchard,
I created an api key for your website to test with my account and it worked fine. I removed them now, please create them again by following this carefully: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/add-google-api-key/
If you get an error that says: “You don’t have permission to create an API key” when creating the key, please see this: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/google-api-problem/#post-220300
Let us know how you went,
Thanks

Hi,
please provide admin credentials and I’ll ask to the developers to check for bottlenecks.
However the Grow Big account of Siteground is a shared plan. You should really consider a VPS or a Cloud Service like Cloudways.
Shared hosting plans are normally intended for static websites or simple blogs, not for applications.
Let us know,
Thanks
