July 4, 2016 at 6:54 pm in reply to: Still getting the "Oops! Something went wrong." message #221222Hi,
the Google Maps API issue came up on June 22nd when Google changed their TOS for the use of their API.
Webiste created after that date MUST use an API key. You wouldn’t have had this problem if you moved the website on the 21st or before.
We wrote a blog post about it : https://wpgeodirectory.com/google-maps-api-key-and-new-limits/
I tested your website with an API key I created and it worked just fine.
Please attach screenshots of the settings of your API key and we will check what is wrong.
Thanks
Hi and sorry for the late reply,
could you please install the email log plugin and see how many times the email is logged?
If it’s logged only once, the problem is most probably in the mail server.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/adding-a-ssl-certificate-to-your-website/

Hi,
you’ll need to add extra code in header.php.
This conditional tag will allow you to add new content only when the front page is visited:

Hi,
that could also be caused by the theme if using chosen.js too. If disabling plugins doesn’t help, please provide a link and admin credentials and we will have a look.
Let us know,
Thanks
July 4, 2016 at 6:34 pm in reply to: Missing argument 2 for geodir_event_title_recurring_event #221216Hi,
they are 3 separate widgets, nobody ever reported it as being confusing for users.
Making them all connected would require a customization.
Thanks
hi,
You probably activated the location manager before settings a default location and that was the issue.
Now the test listing you have is still not working. You should try to delete it and enter it again.
I entered a test listing myself and it works: http://www.healthlifemap.com/places/moldova/chisinau/chisinau/organic-shops/test/
Let us know how you went.
Thanks
Hi,
it look like you are using an Enfold setting to hide it. Please double check and let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
just FYI, Supreme has not been made compatible with WooCommerce. Please see: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/
It’s a quite simple thing to do.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
Thanks for letting us know 🙂

Hi Dale,
I’m terribly sorry about this. I just sent another reminder to the developers and this time I won’t close this page till I see you have an answer.
I apologize again…
