hi,
most of the add-ons are outdated (many versions old) and still using the old licence system.
I would suggest to download all Add-ons ZIP files and update them via FTP or using a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
Thanks
Hi,
you just need to add the location switcher via GD >> MultiLocations >> Show location switcher in menu
Then make sure you have a menu location selected in GD >> Design >> Navigation >> Show geodirectory navigation in selected menu locations.
That way when swtiching users will see listings of 1 city or the other…
Let us know if that helped.
Thanks
Hi,
Works fine on all our demos, can you please provide a link where we can see this happening?
We’ll need admin credentials too. it could be a conflict with another plugin
Let us know,
Thanks
Supreme Directory is a theme… 🙁
March 31, 2016 at 7:28 pm in reply to: Popular Post View and Listing Slider formattin problems #155437Ok there was some css in Theme Compatibility forcing them to be 100%.
I changed it. Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks
Hi,
make sure WordPress Settings >> Permalinks is set to /%postname%/
and not index.php/%postname%/
Let us know if that helped.
Thanks
You can, but you are using 2 separate tools to do it, it doesn’t much sense to me.
However that doesn’t mean it must make sense to you too.
Just look here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/don-quixote/topics/
You are opening new topics instead of continuing in the one you already open with the same subject.
Thanks
You are welcome 🙂
You could hide the no photo link, but if someone adds photos in any of your reviews, there will be no way to show them.
Thanks
Hi,
we need to have an admin username and password so that we can access your dashboard and fix your problem.

March 31, 2016 at 6:32 pm in reply to: Limit businesses on map; show drop-down for categories to search by #1553441) yes you can, as many category as you wish in fact.
You restrict them from GD >> Design >> Map >> Show / hide post type and category on map
What is checked gets hidden
2) Yes, you need the location switcher for that. So that once they selected example : new york and than click hotels they only see hotels in New York. Example: http://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/places/united-states/new-york/new-york/hotels/
Thanks
Hi,
that’s not possible. Otherwise we would have done it in the 1st place.
To be able to search for Place in Location you must have 2 fields.
Thanks
Hi again,
I have to pass this to the developers, I’m not sure why this is happening.
We’ll let you know asap.
Thanks
