with V2, you can use the Tabs UI to arrange the display of items which removes the need for the More Info tab. If you want a more info tab you can make one.

GD Booster will be retired soon, and we recommend you seek out a different cache solution.
We have instructions for the setup of WP Super Cache for use with GDV1.

GDV2 should work with any cache plugin.
GD Is optimized to make it easy for new visitors to add their listings and make a payment. To make that work optimally, GD Booster was developed for GDV1, but new advances have made it possible to do this with other cache plugins with V2.

If you do that, then leave everything else as is it should display there.
Is “Red Carpet” somewhere else in the listing data?
It has not been added to V2 yet. There are a couple more features/options that will be added to Advanced Search before final release and that is one of them.

The add_listing shortcode is designed to run in a page/post content area without other content.
There is a doc where we present the immediate options available to upgrade email ‘deliverability’ as it is called. Email is a very serious business and in the end the best bet is to use a third party professional service that specializes in keeping your email out of spam folders but you can try the options here that lead up to that:
