You might should check on restoring from a backup, then. Seems there was a problem on the site.
September 11, 2019 at 6:47 pm in reply to: Pop Up Map Description show the logo not the featured image #507684If you are using the Logo field, visit the custom field settings and remove “Listings” from the field “Show in Extra Output Locations”
If that doesn’t do it please share WP Admin credentials and login URL in a private reply and we will take a look.
Where does the process breakdown? No file link to click on after the export runs?
If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin and FTP credentials in a private reply along with the login URL.
Thanks
Hello,
GeoDirectory offers one feature to hide categories on the add listing form, with price packages, but that is used specifically for making sure some categories are used by one package and not another.
What you are after sounds like it will require a customization, but I will ask the developers if there is a workaround.
Hello,
I agree that doens’t look right.
Please share WP Admin and login URL in a private reply so we can check the settings.
Did you import the listings?
Please check the widget settings.
Make sure you have selected your GeoDirectory Contact form.
If you haven’t made one of those yet, first make one, and then go back to the widget settings and select it from the form selection.
If that isn’t the issue please check the doc here for more detailed instructions: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/ninja-forms/
You should make sure you have used the email field with the key “email” and the listing where you test the button should have an email entered.
If we need to check the settings please reply with WP Admin credentials and the login URL in a private reply.
Thanks Alex
Hello,
Here is one way to do that with GD Listings
1. Go to the CPT settings for the CPT – Places – Settings – Sorting (tab)
2. Go to the Sorting tab
3. Find “Add Date” and click on it, so it reappears on the right side
4. Rename that to “Latest” and set sort order for descending and save
5. Add a new GD Listing shortcode to a new page. In the sorting options select “Latest”
6. Set the other options as required and save
Let us know how it goes
Hello,
If you have the Location Manager Addon installed, then you can filter both GD Listings and GD Map by the country and region and city.
Here is a guide for how to do that:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/maps/#location
You can do that on any page you like.
You can also use GD Location on the page to show a list of cities.
In an upcoming update for Location Manager you will be able to filter GD Location, too, for the list of cities of a specific region. That will be in the next update, to be released as soon as testing is complete.
The Archive template override in the GD CPT General settings can be used to set a new template that is in effect for all the Archive pages of a particular CPT.
If you have an advanced theme builder or developer skills you can create a page from a template that will override a specific archive page. For more about overriding templates you can see our section on customizing:
Yes, in top of the screen there is a tab “Screen options”
That will give you an option to change how many per page

GDV2 was designed to work inside the layout of any theme. We have tested with our own Genesis themes but you shouldn’t run into any issues with 3rd party Genisis themes, either.
If the layouts of the Genesis themes we offer aren’t to your liking you could definitely choose a 3rd party theme that met your requirements more closely.
Though we have made a special template for Whoop and Supreme, these headers are mostly GD Shortcodes, CSS, and HTML. So in theory you can customize a WP page with any theme to have a similar look.
When creating a page with a GD Element displayed over a background image, many members have chosen to use a builder, with a background image set on the row, and then an HTML or Code block to display the GD Element shortcode.
When using Elementor you can use all of the GD Elements as widgets, to drag and drop them on your page layout.
If you need hands on help with custom layouts you can find GD Experts here: https://geodirectoryexperts.com
If you have translated the page then the change must be applied to each translation, too.
Ah, ok, thank you for the example to clear up what you are after.
We have a task open for ‘stemming’ to provide better results for partial words or word combinations.
I have set your topic to receive an update about progress on that.]
You can remove gd_loop_paging to remove paging.
1. That depends on the CSS used. The widths can be adjusted with Custom CSS. Your developer can create that CSS easily.
2. The default behavior is to fill the width of the parent container.
Unfortunately we are not able to help with this level of design here in the support forum. If you are looking for additional hands on support from GD Experts you can find it here:
