Hello,
About the import. Are you setting the same image for each listing?
With GD each image will receive a separate media library ID that is stored with the listing.
Do you know about our fallback images feature?
When a listing doesn’t have an image, you can set a category, CPT, or general default image to hold the place of the image on the listing.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/images/#fallback
When you import listings you will need to upload all the images added during an import to the appropriate FTP folder. Each image should be unique. If that isn’t working for you, please share a couple rows of test listings that you are trying to load with images and we can check into it further with FTP.
Tab? What kind of tab? Can you send a link to the page where you added the tab? You can use a private reply for that link.
The ‘search for’ field can be hidden with CSS:
/*GDV2 Custom CSS - Hide the Search For field in all GD Search Bars*/ .gd-search-input-wrapper.gd-search-field-search { display: none; }About the country and city, you should use the location page for that. The location page can show every listing in a city or country or region.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/templates/location/
To help users reach the location page, add the Change Location menu item. You can find that in the GeoDirectory Endpoints settings in the WordPress menus page.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/navigation/
Only the Change Location widget or the GD Search bar Near field offer a way to reference the GD location database where listing addresses are stored. I suppose you can also try the GD > Locations widget.
Hello,
I see the BP profile is working.
With V2 and all our themes you get to choose whichever profile system you want to use, like Buddypress.
Have you tried the tool at
GD – Status – Tools – Clear version numbers?
What is the status of the locations database? Are there locations in it?
Make sure the default location is set correctly.
If you add a listing does everything work as expected?
Generally and as best practices, there are special considerations regarding subscriptions which are recurring.
First of all subscriptions are actually happening on a remote gateway and only the user themselves can update their payment information on the gateway.
Second, actually transferring a subscription to another account is a moot point because that would be transferring payment information and that is generally not a standard practice and is not supported by any eCommerce plugin that I am aware of.
As far as procedure is concerned, if there was a change in management then the subscription should be cancelled, then the management can either request that the site owner change ownership/claim or simply release their claim so the new manager can claim the listing and startup a new subscription.
More of your questions can be answered when you post to the WP Invoicing support forum at https://wpinvoicing.com/support/
You can adjust the countries that are allowed by visiting the location settings at
GD – Settings – Location (tab) – Show advanced.
Once you have added a country try adding a listing in the country. You may need to add listings in several places to see the new values (region, city names etc).

Hi David,
please report the javascript issue to Listimia so they can improve their product.
About the autopopulate feature, the developers are still working on that and will post an update as soon as they can.
GeoDirectory includes an import/export feature. You can export your listings to CSV, yes.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/import-export/
Can you say more about what you want to happen?
If they are extra, have you tried deleting them?I am not sure I understand, but maybe you are saying the fields are not available for editing in the custom fields settings?
If that is the case please share WP Admin credentials and FTP credentials as we will need them for debugging.

You can adjust the layout for GD Listings or GD Loop by creating a new shortcode and adjusting the ‘layout’ option.
List view is ‘0’ or list.
Have you already used the shortcode builder?

When you edit the GD Details template, use the options in the page attributions section to choose the template you want.
Add widgets to the GD Sidebar to have them show.
If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply.
No updates at this time but the developers will make a post when they have something to share about that.
You can use GD Listings to show thousands of posts on a single page.
Unfortunately there isn’t a widget that will do all of the content at once, though, no.
I have taken this up as a suggestion and will share it with our development team to see whether we can work on this in the near future.
Please feel free to make a new topic if you need help with anything else.
